Workbooks, reminders, should be able to automatically send out

based on the stop and start dates each specific class as it is set up. It should

be duplicatable along with everything else in that class.

Each item should function with user input at the setup of the class, but should

take no more user input to use. The messages would be based on start date. They

could be, for example, reminders of an upcoming class or motivational messages

at certain weeks (week four, for example). They should also be able to tie into

messages and/or documents so they can be sent workbooks and pre-made

messages.

Each item, or the ability to ‘enroll’ users into using this system, should be

optional per class. So we can check if we do not want to use this feature.
