Need to be able to put an event in the calendar that will show booked on the public calendar when there was an open spot there. Yet this event needs to be able to have registration levels so that I can send the link to a current client or two. Right now, the only way I can figure to do this is to create an event, select a location and instructor and label HOLD for CLIENT. Unfortunately, the event does not block the opening for the instructor thus allowing double bookings.

The whole point of this is that people are getting very confused about my online calendar being mostly blank with only a few Booked spots as if I do not work much and have lots of availability. I am working tons! (It does not matter how many places I put that the bright green spots are the openings or that we are closed to new appointments until a month later) etc.

I just need a checkbox maybe that blocks the appointment for the instructor so they are not having to be in two places at once. It would even be better if the event in-home had registration levels and what not so I can sent a private link to a client, have the appointment a different color than ones already booked, AND make sure it blocks the openings in the online calendar.
