This update included several requests from our current users including:

1. The ability to add additional Payment Methods in the Admin Section
2. The addition of Vaccine Types which are editable in the Admin section and which can be selected via a drop down list instead of having to be typed in for each dog.
3. The addition of automatic confirmation emails sent to your clients when you confirm their registration or put them on a waiting list.
4. The addition of an email signature that can be modified in the Admin Section and will be automatically added to all of the system emails to your clients.
5. The ability for calendar events to be filtered by Instructor, Location & Event Type.

  • Email Marketing Integration – You can now integrate your Constant Contact or Contactology Accounts into Dog Biz Pro. When you add or update a client in Dog Biz Pro they information is automatically updated in your Constant Contact or Contactology account. Save time by never having to enter your contact information in both places again!!
  • Expanded Class Categories – Now you can add more than one level of Class Categories to help you manage your class list easily.
  • Co-Instructor for Classes – We added the ability to enter a co-instructor for classes so you know exactly who is instructing each class.

Version 1.7

Version 1.7 of Dog Biz Pro was just released. It contains enhancements to our Client Registration Widget allowing your clients to click on a class or event title and get more details about that class or event.

We also added Registration Levels for events. This is great for allowing Auditing and Working spots for seminars or for any other reason you would need to have different price levels for an event.

In this version we added the ability to schedule private training sessions to the Client Registration Widget. This allows you clients to login and reserve a time on your calendar and then pay for that session online using PayPal. With this we also added the ability for your clients to view their past and upcoming events which include seminars they have signed up for, private training sessions and more.

Our Client Registration Widget has been released. Our Client Registration Widget allows you to paste a small amount of code into a page on your existing website which will allow your clients to register for classes and/or events directly on your website.

Their registration information is automatically entered into Dog Biz Pro. If you setup payment via PayPal they can pay directly online. When they do this the corresponding client transactions are created automatically. This process should save you a lot of time and give your client’s a quick and easy way to register for classes!

As part of this update we also added ‘Registration Status’. With this addition you can confirm class or event registrations or put them on the waiting list.

In this version we added the ability to create and maintain documents through Dog Biz Pro. You can use our online ‘Word-Like’ editor to create and maintain documents for your business. Once you have created them you and all of your user have access to them from anywhere you have internet access!
Document Features
  1. Ability to easily create and maintain documents that all users have access to.
  2. Ability to search documents by title.
  3. Ability to make a document private so it is only available to you if necessary.
  4. Ability to send a public link to clients or anyone else so they can access your document for reference and easily print it.
  5. Ability to save the document to a .pdf for other needs you may have.

  • Added a new field for dog age in case the actual date of birth is not known
  • Added the ability to schedule an event for a client from their client information page
  • Added ‘Event Types’ to allow you to group your events and have the color coded on the calendar
  • Added the ability to mark and event ‘public’ vs ‘private’. Public events will print on your printable Event Schedule
  • Added the ability to add attendees (clients and dogs) to events, manage the event registrations and print out an event roster. Great for facilities that host seminars.
